Exchange & Return Policy

Eligibility

• Request within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
• Sale items may be exchanged only, not refunded.

How to exchange

1. Call 0123456789 or visit any display center.
2. Share your order ID and the reason.
3. Hand over the product and receive the new size or item.

Non-returnable items

Used items, items without tags, and innerwear.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
